Must be enrolled in Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering (CCEE ) Department with demonstrated financial need. Preference given to students from New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties in NC or Richmond, Chesterfield, and Petersburg counties in VA. College of Engineering.
