Scholarships for Paper Science and Engineering upperclassmen with consideration to students fry Tyrell and surrounding counties. Must be Sophomores, Juniors or Seniors or planning to enroll in pulp and paper science curriculum; based on academic excellence, leadership and financial need, then to those who show merit and leadership.
