Lin Wiggins Memorial Scholarship

Must be a rising junior or senior majoring in civil engineering with a GPA between 2.5 and 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and demonstrated financial need. Must be a NC resident and alumni of any NC high school. Preference given to children or grandchildren of active or retired employees of the state government especially those who work at NCDOT. College of Engineering
