2 year & 4 year traditional Ag curriculum; Merit required with need secondary; make awards with following criteria: 1) students from rural NC counties and/or family farms in NC, 2) if none above, then any NC county, 3) must be in a 2-year or 4-year traditional ag program, 4)demonstrate community or civic service.
